wow, what a journey I have been on. 6 years ago I was a hospice nurse, working on my masters degree to become a family nurse practitioner. I thought I knew where my life was going. We had just moved to our off grid home and started our dream of having farm to be more self sufficient. We had chickens, goats, rabbits, dogs and cats. We were learning how to grow our own food. Homeschooling our two youngest kids and thought we knew what the immediate future would look like.
